The website Printr.ae is the marketing platform of TangenC Media LLC, a limited liability company officially registered under the Dubai Economic Department (DED) in the United Arab Emirates. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Scope of Services
TangenC Media LLC specializes exclusively in custom, made-to-order printing and signage solutions, including but not limited to acrylic solutions, vinyl printing, and frosted glass stickers. Every project is uniquely fabricated to client specifications. We do not maintain or sell off-the-shelf inventory, and we do not provide 3D printing services.
2. Payment Terms
To initiate any project, a 50% advance payment is required. Production, material sourcing, and scheduling will not commence until this deposit is received and cleared. The remaining balance is due strictly in accordance with the invoice terms provided at the time of your order.
3. Artwork and Proofing
All artwork, design files, and brand assets must be supplied by the client. The client holds complete responsibility for the accuracy of these files. TangenC Media LLC is not liable for any errors present in the client-supplied artwork, including but not limited to typographical errors, low-resolution images, incorrect dimensions, or color discrepancies.
4. Cancellations
Because our products are entirely custom-made, our cancellation policy depends strictly on the production status at the time we are notified:
- If a cancellation request is received prior to the purchase of raw materials or the start of the printing process, the order may be cancelled.
- If materials have already been purchased or the printing and fabrication process has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled, and the client remains responsible for the full 100% payment of the total invoice amount.
5. Installation and Site Preparation
TangenC Media LLC provides professional physical installation for our custom signage and branding materials. However, the client retains full liability for the installation site.
- Approvals: It is solely the client's responsibility to secure any necessary permits, landlord approvals, or municipal clearances required for the installation of signage at their premises.
- Site Preparation: The client must ensure the site is fully prepared, accessible, and safe for our installation team on the scheduled date. TangenC Media LLC is not responsible for installation delays or additional costs incurred due to unprepared sites or a lack of proper authorizations.
6. Governing Law
These terms and your use of our services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
